I’ve done the lemon dill salmon and it came out perfect. Next on my list to try is the pesto salmon. This girl loves pesto and this girl loves salmon! Let’s face it, #ThisGirlLovesToEat
Something else this girl loves is her wine. As a general rule, rich oily fish like salmon pair well with full-bodied white wines like oak-aged Chardonnay, Old Vine Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, White Rioja, White Burgundy and White Pinot Noir. Sparkling wines like Cava or Champagne work well too.

Click on the links above to see some reasonably priced and Wine Enthusiast Magazine well rated choices to pair with any of your favorite steamed or poached salmon recipes. If you are grilling or blackening your salmon you can venture into reds, like a light Pinot Noir, with your salmon. #GirlsGoneWine
