  1. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, Do You change Your Wine choice/pairing based on the way the Turkey is prepared ? I actually like a slightly chilled Beaujolais with my oven roasted Turkey, but if deep frying a Turkey which way might You recommend ? Any answers are helpful !
